MCBDD remains dedicated to ensuring that everyone eligible for services in Mahoning County will receive the assistance and supports that are needed to live as independent as possible. Always with individuals in mind, our Quality Assurance Department assists our agency with achieving and maintaining high standards by tracking and reviewing data, and then providing recommendations. Our goal is to always remember why we are here and to continue to strive for the betterment of every person in our program.
