Transition Youth Programs

Ages 14 Through High School Graduation

Early planning and preparation are essential for success in adulthood.   The Mahoning County Board of DD assists individuals, families, and schools in planning and coordinating services for life after graduation.  We link families with community resources, employment and social activities each student wants. This is coordinated by Service and Support Administrators who work with individuals ages 14 through high school graduation.
