Mrs. Chelsea Hillard

Appointed to the Board in January of 2025 by the Board of Mahoning County Commissioners. For 2025 Mrs. Hillard is on the Ethics Committee.

Mr. Peter Noll

Appointed to the Board in February of 2014 by the Board of Mahoning County Commissioners. Mr. Noll is the Chairperson of the Personnel, Policy and Finance Committee and serves on the Ethics Committee.

Mrs. Terri Hutchison

Appointed to the Board in January 2020 by the Mahoning County Probate Judge, the Honorable Judge Robert N. Rusu.  Mrs. Hutchison was elected to serve as the Board Recording Secretary for 2025.  Mrs. Hutchison will serve on the Personnel, Policy and Finance Committee and the Capital, Facilities and Grounds Committee.

Mr. Clemate Franklin

Appointed to the Board in January 2024 by the Mahoning County Probate Judge, the Honorable Judge Robert N. Rusu.   Mr. Franklin is serving on the Board Ethics Committee.  

Mrs. Jodi Kale

Appointed to the Board in January 2017 by the Board of Mahoning County Commissioners. Mrs. Kale was elected to serve as the Board Vice President for 2025 and is the Chair of the Board Capital, Facilities and Grounds Committee and is on the Board Personnel, Policy and Finance Committee.

Mr. Anthony Sertick

 Appointed to the Board in August 2019 by the Board of Mahoning County Commissioners.  Mr. Sertick is serving as Board President in 2025.

Mrs. Andrea Patton

Appointed to the Board in January 2018 by the Board of Mahoning County Commissioners. Mrs. Patton serves as the Chairperson on the Board Ethics Committee and on the Board Capital Facilities and Grounds Committee.
